3. Orders & Payments

Orders can be placed via our website, WhatsApp, or partner delivery platforms. Payments must be made using approved methods. Prices may include or exclude taxes based on checkout details. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or unavailability.

Subscriptions

• You authorize automatic recurring payments.
• Cancellations must occur before the next billing cycle.
• No partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, traffic, or external factors. Once delivered to the provided address, the order is considered fulfilled. Incorrect address or unavailability may result in re-delivery charges.

Replacements

No Returns

Due to the perishable nature of products, returns are not accepted once delivered.
